This page should be read with our Terms & conditions. Nothing here excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or restricts a consumer's rights or remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and other applicable Irish law.

We take reasonable care to keep product and service information accurate. Availability, colours and appearance may vary, and measurements should be checked before ordering. Please contact us if you need a fact confirmed for a particular project.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Unauthorised use

You are responsible for losses caused by unlawful use of the site or infringement of another person's rights. This does not create an indemnity for ordinary consumer use or override statutory protections.
