This website is operated by Steel Edging Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. These terms apply when you browse the site or place an order. Nothing in them excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish consumer law.

Products and orders

Product descriptions, dimensions, prices and availability are shown in euros on the relevant product page. Please check the product and delivery details before ordering. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance; we may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, the price or description contains an evident error, payment cannot be authorised, or we cannot deliver to the address supplied. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Payment and delivery

Available payment options are shown during checkout. Delivery charges and estimates are disclosed before an order is completed. Dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date. See our shipping information for current details.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Acceptable use

You may use this site for lawful personal shopping and information. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, infringe intellectual-property rights or use the site unlawfully.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that protection, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms for future use of the site; the terms applying to an accepted order remain those presented when the order was placed unless a change is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, mandatory protections of your home country may also apply.
